MDF is a dense wood product formed from the fibre of Eucalyptus chips. It is bonded by heat with synthetic resin glue and pressed into sheets. Your image is then mounted onto the surface and finished with black edging.
It can be provided with or without split batons for hanging purposes, and is a great option for a solid display product. Available in 6mm, 9mm, and 12mm widths.
When uploading your print to our website please specify if you would like to mount on MDF.
Di-Bond is an Aluminum Composite material, combining two 0.3 mm aluminium surface layers with a polyethylene core.
Di bond is a super smooth, high-end product with archival properties that is warp resistant and lightweight. It is the most archival mounting substrates on the market. It can be provided with or without split batons and D-hooks for hanging purposes.
It is ideal for large signage, exhibition, and interior design artworks. Available in 3mm only.
Foam core is a lightweight and cost effective alternative to framing. Simply choose a paper option, and we mount it onto foam core ready to hang on the wall using your choice of wire, hooks or Velcro. It is available in 5mm, 10mm, and 20mm.
Our 5mm and 10mm will show the inner foam along the edge. You have the option of black or white Laminate edging on the 20mm Foam core only.
Expertly finished, Foam core is a brilliant way to protect posters from tearing and a great way to avoid blu-tak marks on your walls.
